These Terms of Use govern the P139-14 public website at p139-14.org and its publicly available content. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

P139-14 is operated by P139-14 LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

For these Terms, P139-14, we, us, and our refer to the P139-14 website and project operated by P139-14 LLC. These Terms do not represent that P139-14 is a nonprofit organization or tax-exempt organization.

1. Current purpose and scope

The public website is a non-transactional Digital Front Door. It provides general information about the P139-14 mission, developing community, future classes and programs, accessibility approach, community standards, and ways to make contact.

At this launch, the website does not provide:

• Live public profile registration, community account creation, or community access.
• Classes, enrollment, registration, or waitlists.
• Payment or checkout.
• Donations or sponsorship payments.
• Public comments, chat, or user-posted content. The three optional external Google recruiting-interest Forms described below are the only public response-collection pathways.
• Guaranteed volunteer, facilitator, partnership, sponsorship, or employment opportunities.

Content labeled Coming Soon, Enrollment Not Open, developing, planned, proposed, or future describes an intended direction. It is not an offer, promise, guarantee, registration, reservation, or commitment that a service will become available by a particular date.

2. Informational content only

Website content is provided for general educational, informational, faith, and community purposes. It is not individualized medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, financial, educational, safeguarding, crisis, or emergency advice.

P139-14 does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, promise healing, or guarantee admission, eligibility, independence, employment, financial results, educational outcomes, program availability, or any other result.

If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency or qualified crisis service. Do not rely on this website or a P139-14 email address for emergency response.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the public website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate law or another person's rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent credentials, authority, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, partnership, admission, or eligibility.
• Submit or disclose another person's private information without appropriate authority and permission.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with security, overwhelm the service, scrape protected information, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the website or a P139-14 email address for spam, fraud, unauthorized advertising, fundraising, recruitment, research, data collection, or solicitation.
• Copy, republish, sell, or adapt protected site content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

4. Optional recruiting-interest Forms and email contact

The website links to three optional Google recruiting-interest Forms for adult-submitted family and participant inquiries; educators, providers, and volunteers; and schools, organizations, partners, and sponsors. A submission is a nonbinding interest inquiry only. It does not create a member account or profile, enrollment, admission, services, employment, volunteer placement, a partnership, sponsorship, a payment obligation, or a guaranteed response. It also provides role email addresses. Sending an email does not create a confidential, fiduciary, professional, partnership, employment, volunteer, facilitator, enrollment, admission, membership, sponsorship, payment, or contractual relationship and does not guarantee services or a response outcome.

P139-14’s intended community model separates free basic membership, profile creation, community participation, and networking from programs and resources that may be offered separately through paid access. A purchase will not be required merely to belong. This public website does not itself activate community registration or any paid offering.

Do not send passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, complete medical records, diagnoses, intimate images, or unnecessary information about another person through a Form or general/initial email.

Sending a story, idea, photograph, recording, testimonial, or other material does not authorize P139-14 to publish it. P139-14 will not treat a general inquiry as documented consent for public use. Do not send material that you do not have the right and permission to share.

5. Community standards and developing community

The public website does not yet activate P139-14 community registration, profile creation, or member access. The intended model keeps basic membership, profiles, community participation, and networking free while programs and resources may be offered separately through paid access. A reference to the community or submission of an interest Form does not create an account, activate access, or guarantee that a particular program or service will be available.

If a person is specifically admitted to a future P139-14 participatory service, the Community Guidelines, applicable Mighty Networks terms, privacy practices, and any activity-specific terms will also apply. Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to address misuse, safety, security, legal requirements, or violations of applicable rules.

6. Accessibility

P139-14 is working to provide clear and accessible public information. Accessibility needs and technologies vary, and no claim of certification or perfect compatibility is made.

To report a website barrier or request public information in another format, follow the Accessibility page or email accessibility@p139-14.org. Requests will be considered in good faith, but a particular method, result, or response time cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

7. Original and third-party content

Unless a page states otherwise, the original text, graphics, logos, and other materials appearing on this site are provided for personal, noncommercial informational use. Permission to view the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, publish, sell, modify, or create a misleading association with P139-14 or its legal operator.

Third-party names, platforms, trademarks, images, and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Nothing on the website grants permission to use another party's material.

8. External services and links

Squarespace hosts the website. Google provides the optional external recruiting-interest Forms, restricted linked response sheets, and Google Workspace email. The developing community uses Mighty Networks. The website may also link to another independent website or service for reference or convenience.

Independent services have their own terms, privacy, cookies, accessibility, security, content, and availability. P139-14 does not control every aspect of an external service. A link does not necessarily endorse every statement, product, policy, or practice of the linked provider.

9. No transactions, enrollment, or charitable representation

No class enrollment, registration, payment, donation, sponsorship payment, or other transaction is offered through this minimum-viable website. Do not send payment-card or bank information by email.

The website does not represent that a payment to P139-14 would be a tax-deductible charitable contribution. Future enrollment, payment, refund, cancellation, scholarship, sponsorship, and donation terms must be separately approved and published before any such pathway is activated.

10. Accuracy, availability, and changes

P139-14 aims to keep public information clear and current, but information may be incomplete, contain an error, or become outdated. The website and its content may be corrected, changed, moved, limited, suspended, or removed without advance notice.

The website is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every person's circumstances or technology. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to the P139-14 Privacy Policy. That policy explains the current informational/non-transactional website, optional external recruiting-interest Forms, role-email contact, provider processing, cookies, private Mighty community, information requests, and current retention limits.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms will be reviewed before P139-14 activates live community registration or profile creation, classes, enrollment, payments, donations, sponsorship payments, additional Forms, or other material services. They may also be updated when the current Forms, website, technology, or legal requirements materially change.

The effective date will be revised when a material update is published. Continued use after an update means the current Terms apply to that later use.
