You Belong — At Every Stage of Life
P139-14 is building a faith-rooted, accessibility-first virtual community for children, teens, adults, and older adults with disabilities or learning differences, alongside their families and caregivers. Our vision is a place to learn, connect, explore interests, and grow throughout life.
We welcome educators, providers, volunteers, faith communities, schools, organizations, and partners who want to help shape these opportunities.
Free community. Paid programs and resources are separate.
P139-14 is being built so that basic community membership, profile creation, community participation, and networking are free. Programs and resources may be offered separately through paid access as they launch. You will not need to purchase a program or resource merely to belong.
Live profile registration and community access are not yet open. The current Google interest Forms record nonbinding recruiting and planning interest only; they do not create a member account or profile, enroll anyone in a program, or create a payment obligation.
The community vision
The community is being shaped around:
- Dignity, voice, choice, privacy, consent, and age-appropriate participation.
- Respectful connection, encouragement, faith, friendship, and networking.
- Accessible communication and different ways to participate.
- Continued learning, discovery, creativity, wellness, and practical growth.
- Clear boundaries against harassment, exploitation, pressure, and unauthorized solicitation.
- Families, caregivers, and supporters participating without erasing an adult member’s autonomy and with appropriate parent or guardian involvement for minors.

The current interest Forms are for adult respondents. P139-14 does not offer independent public accounts for minors. Any future access for children or teens must use appropriate age, guardian, privacy, consent, and moderation safeguards. Adults with disabilities retain their own dignity, voice, privacy, preferences, consent, and autonomy.
P139-14 is faith-rooted, but faith must never be used to shame, pressure, manipulate, diagnose, or promise healing. Community interaction is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, financial, crisis, or emergency support.
