Our Current Approach

Please do not send medical records, diagnostic reports, government identification numbers, passwords, payment information, or other highly sensitive information in an initial inquiry. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to report a website barrier.

We consider accessibility requests in good faith and work to identify a practical response. Available alternatives may depend on the request and the service involved.
